Steps to delete mails in bulk

• Step 1. Please click on the advanced search feature and search mail(s) by from/to email id or name

  

• Step 2. You can also use the search by date (from/to) or mail size range feature

  

• Step 3. After search click on the "Delete all mails matching search criteria" link

  

• Step 4. Click on on "Yes" to confirm deleting of mails and its data permanently
